PYRA is an association of friendly, enthusiastic sailors, based in Poole, who race offshore and socialise throughout the summer season.

New in 2026 is a Summer Series of Bay Races

A range of different boats and crews of varying experience make for an exciting mix of events - day races, weekend races to the Solent, West Country and Cross Channel, with social evenings and prizes after racing.

Anyone interested in racing, improving their skills and making new friends will be made very welcome. An Introduction to PYRA starts at 20.00.
