Starters

    Crisp, golden onion fritters delicately spiced and fried Until light and crunchy, served with sweet mango chutney and cooling mint raita.
  • South American Peanut Soup
    A warming, velvety peanut soup infused with gentle spice and aromatic vegetables, inspired by traditional South American flavours.
  • Baked Goat’s Cheese
    Creamy baked goat’s cheese served with seasonal crudités, toasted walnuts,and a drizzle of hot honey for a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.

Main Course

  • Polenta Roulade
    Soft polenta roulade fIlled with ricotta and spinach, served with grilled tender stem broccoli and slow-confit cherry tomatoes.
  • Herby Pearl Barley Risotto
    A fragrant, herb-forward risotto of quinoa or barley topped with roasted harissa aubergine, whipped Feta,and crispy chickpeas for texture and warmth.
  • Shiitake Mushroom Ragù
    Rich, slow-cooked shiitake mushroom ragù served with delicate dumplings, buttered leeks, and fresh asparagus.
