Starters

Fresh salmon and cream cheese roulade ,roasted king prawns, Melba toasts, pea shoots and fresh peas

Stuffed flat mushroom with sun dried tomato, oregano ,garlic and spinach, topped with buffalo mozzarella and balsamic glaze.

Main course

Braised beef bourguignon with chestnut mushroom, bacon , button onions red wine and fresh parsley, rooster mash, heart shaped puff pastry. Sugar snap peas and roast butternut squash

Or

Flash Fillet of sea bass with sautéed new potatoes. Celeriac, edamame beans, spinach, scallops, sugar snap peas topped with crayfish parsley butter.

Or

Coastal mature cheddar Choux bun with braised leeks, pappardelle pasta, Boursin cream, Parmesan and fresh parsley. (v)

Sweets

Italian style Tiramisu with lady’s fingers soaked in Tia Maria

Or

Heart shaped Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla vanilla pod ice cream.
