Annual Dinner and Dance

The annual dinner and dance, is an opportunity to dress up and dance the evening away with 'Big Nite Out' the band who joined us for the 2022 regatta.

Elegant Five Course Menu:

APPETISER: Porcini mushroom and thyme velouté with a white truffle oil drizzle.

STARTER: Lobster meat, king prawn and edamame bean medley with wild rocket and lemon and lime mayonnaise.

or

Edamame and Mixed bean medley with wild rocket and lemon and lime mayonnaise.

PALETTE CLEANSER: Champagne sorbet, fresh mint.

MAIN COURSE: Pot roasted shank of lamb with a delicate peach and pork farce, on a quenelle rich rooster mash potato, with lamb and port wine gravy and tender stem broccoli spears.

Or

Oven baked butternut squash, chestnut mushrooms, spinach, walnut and vegetarian blue cheese Wellington, served with an orange scented thyme jus and tender stem broccoli spears.(v)

SWEET: Fresh lemon and lemon zest syllabub with a tuille biscuit and popping candy pieces.
