Griffin Trophy

A variable feast, usually starting with a Le Mans-type start for all dinghies, from the wall behind the beach, with helms running to their boats at the water's edge. Then a simple course around the most suitable mark for the conditions (it could be an island). Returning back to the beach and a dash to the wall. Then everyone adjourns to the bar to relive the highlights and await the results; decided using the handicap criteria
