Bringing your Club Forum to you
We will be holding this on zoom this year and we are very keen that the “dynamic spirit” of the Club Forum is maintained during these Covid times.
This is an opportunity for your Flag Officers, The Honorary Treasurer and our General Manager to set out their current aspirations and plans to you.
This is how it will work
During mid-January, we will issue the zoom joining instructions and further details.
Submitting your questions
With our using zoom, it will greatly help if you could submit your questions in advance on this dedicated email address: email@example.com by 12 noon Monday 25th January 2021
(It may be possible to take questions on the night via the zoom chat facility)
Keeping things flowing during the Club Forum
Our Kate Macgregor will co-ordinate zoom proceedings on the night.
The timetable for the evening will be broadly as follows:
- 6.50 pm zoom is open
- 7.00 pm opening comments by the Commodore.
- Short briefings by Flag Officers and Treasurer
- Answer the questions submitted in advance
- Answer the “live” questions
- Around 8.30 pm we will close proceedings.
