Bright and Breezy.

Perfect conditions for racing in Poole Harbour and Bay.

The young crew on White Leopard, a Moody 33, lead the way to the leeward mark near Old Harry: ahead of the more experienced crews on ‘Fraid S’eau and Eclipse.

The cruiser Classes at Poole Yacht Club include a myriad of yachts ranging from 20’-40’ in six classes. Here in Class1A we have a dozen mixed yachts with results based on a rated performance so most get a fair chance to be in the prizes.

Results on the night confirmed White Leopard 1st ahead of Class Capt Roger Bond. Will Dennis shown here in his 26 footer First Escape, earned third place after battling through the swell in the Swash channel.
