Capsize refresher sessions

This 3 hour session is aimed at those who have previously done our club safety boat course, and would like refreshing and updating on your safety boat skills.

Please note: this course does take place on the water.

During the course we will recap, boat positioning during capsize recover, Man over boards and also the expanding box method used during club racing.
